By creating an account on Stockpadi, you (the "User" or "Business Owner") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Stockpadi reserves the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in our service or the law.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information during registration, including your real {owner_name} and {business_name}.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
3. Use of Service (POS & Inventory)

Data Accuracy: Stockpadi provides the platform for tracking; however, the accuracy of inventory levels, sales records, and tax calculations is the sole responsibility of the User.

Prohibited Use: You may not use Stockpadi for any illegal transactions or to manage prohibited goods under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
4. Subscription & Payments

Fees: Access to certain features of the Stockpadi dashboard may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Suspension: Failure to renew a subscription may result in temporary suspension of access to business data.
5. Data Privacy & Ownership

Ownership: You retain full ownership of the business data you input into the system.

Usage: Stockpadi will not sell your data to third parties. We use your data only to provide the service and improve platform performance.

Backups: While we perform regular backups, users are encouraged to export their reports periodically.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stockpadi is provided "as is." We shall not be held liable for any financial losses, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

By registering, you consent to receive administrative emails and support messages. You may reach our support team via the official WhatsApp channel provided on your dashboard.
